According to foreign scientists, in order to avoid disease prevention, a person must communicate daily with at least 10 interlocutors, even if you have had 10 legal consultations via messenger for 15 minutes each, then you have already retained your sanity. In my messenger, I specially have ten tapes of correspondence with people with whom I constantly communicate at work or good neighbors.
